Where we ship

Snug Cape currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Standard shipping is free on all orders to these destinations, with no minimum purchase amount.

Processing and delivery

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to prepare. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–12 business days. Total estimated delivery from order placement is therefore 6–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processes, carrier disruptions and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Tracking is provided when available.

Taxes and customs

Import duties, taxes or other fees may apply depending on the delivery destination and applicable law. Any charges collected by Snug Cape are shown at checkout. Charges not collected by us may be assessed separately by customs authorities or carriers.

If your delivery is overdue, missing or arrives damaged, contact info@snugcape.com with your order number. We will assist in accordance with applicable consumer law.
